Chehalis Health Department 3rd floor closures

Chehalis, WA - The third floor of the Health Department building in Chehalis will be closed for the mornings of November 12, December 15, and December 16 for staff training. It will open on each of these days at 1:30 p.m.

Services affected by this office closure include: Birth and death certificates, Purchasing water sample bottles and dropping them off for testing, Immunizations, Food permits, and Veterans' services.
