The 51st running of Loggers Playday will be held September 12 in Hoquiam.
With the festival kick-off, the Rotary Pancake Feed, the day is scheduled to be loaded with fun activities, vendors and of course the Grand Parade through downtown Hoquiam starting at noon.
The day culminates with the Logging Competition starting at 6 pm running for a scheduled four hours at Olympic Stadium.
The Street Fair will be open until the competition starts and don't forget the annual Salmon Bake hosted by the Lions Club.
Anticipate a crowded downtown with detours to get around the closed off streets of the parade, congested fun and festival antics.
Get there early to grab your special place along the parade route.
