I-1351 and Assessor's Office remain close after most recent ballot reports

Multiple races remain too close to call as of the latest election results, a state initiative mandating class sizes, currently separated by 0.2 percentage points, and Lewis County Assessor, which has Incumbent Dianne Dorey ahead by 14 votes.

Both issues could trigger automatic recounts if their margins remain so slim, which would need to conclude by Dec. 7 for certification by the Secretary of State's Office.
