Coach Rangel said that the Tribe held their own through the first quarter, but could not keep up with them throughout the remaining three quarters.
Scoring in the game were Austin Lewis - 12, Miles Davis - 9, Mitch Edwards - 8, A.J. Sanchez - 7, and Tyson Johnson - 4.
The boys hit only 7 of 16 at the line. Coach Rangel is frustrated with their performances at the line saying that his team needs to raise their percentages by at least 10 percent and would like even better than that.

NW Christian 43, Lady Indians 41
Last Saturday the girls met with Northwest Christian. They lost with a final score of 43-41. The Lady Indians led at the half 27-11. The Navs came out of the locker room in the second half ready for a fight and they outscored the Indians in the third quarter 20 points to 10 and 12 points to 4 in the fourth.
Coach Gary Wilson had this to say, "We had a great second quarter, working up to a 16-point lead at halftime. We struggled the second half with 18 turnovers and 33 for the night. We just got outplayed in the fourth quarter. Uncharacteristic of our team was that we made just 1 of 9 from the free throw line.
