Taking the Prosecutor and Sheriff to Task

This entire political situation is very sad for me and I feel compelled to comment on it. The major political parties and special interest groups are purchasing candidates through bribery and corrupt solicitation that will cater to their special interest needs. These major political parties have discouraged most of the people from voting. I am sure the major political parties are directly responsible for the riots that are happening in Ferguson, Missouri. Most of the time rioting is the only way the silent majority has the ability to be heard because of the amount of money the special interest groups and major political parties have in controlling our elections.

That said I would like to take this opportunity to thank the voters of Pacific County for electing Mark McClain to be our new prosecutor. I can only hope it is the start of cleaning up the judicial branch of our county government. I pray Mark will not seek to focus his prosecutions on the weak and vulnerable, and I can only hope he will apply our laws equally and prosecute white collar crimes with the same vengeance he prosecutes weak and vulnerable individuals. I would like to know when the last time a Pacific County prosecutor prosecuted a Washington State bar member or public official for a criminal use of their official position.

As a victim, witness and informant of white collar crimes here in Pacific County, I am not going to make it easy on Mark or Sheriff Scott Johnson to be able to cover up these types of crimes. I have and will continue to purposefully place myself in a position where Mark and Sheriff Johnson will have to choose from maliciously prosecuting me or ignoring the criminal activity of fellow State Bar members that have criminally victimized my family. Everyone should understand how extremely difficult this is going to be for Mark to do whereas he is going to have to choose between going against his fellow Washington State Bar members including judges and fellow prosecutors and his duty to uphold our constitutions. Both Mark and Johnson have a moral and ethically correct path to take, that is, they both have the power to call forth an inquest jury or grand jury to investigate and determine if white collar crimes by Washington State Bar members I alleged have been committed. I hope Mark has the courage to protect our constitutions, our domestic tranquility and provide equal protections of our laws, and if he does I hope he will consider running for superior court judge.

Very truly yours,

Jimi O'Hagan
