Three sentences, two warrants, and one dismissal were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court Thursday.

Jared S. Rice, 23, of Winlock, was found guilty of reckless driving and sentenced to 362 days in jail with 358 days suspended and six days credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Jessica L. Rosas, 25, of Longview, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. She was also fined $600 with $300 suspended.

Jeffrey G. Wilson, 48, of Glenoma, had pleaded guilty to DUI and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended and three days credited for time served. He was also fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended.

A charge of third-degree theft against Matthew J. Voie, 28, of Winlock, was dismissed after he complied with the terms of a diversion agreement.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Monte J Lockener, 21, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a stipulated bench trial. Lockener is being charged with theft, third degree.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Ashleigh K. Reddick, 23, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment. Reddick is being charged with violation of a no-contact order.
