Two dismissal and three warrants were issued by Judge Steve Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court Thursday.

A charge of driving while license suspended, second degree, against Jeffrey W. Haines, 50, of Chehalis, was dismissed after he complied with the terms of a diversion agreement, though dismissal was contingent upon the withdrawal of a request for continuance submitted by the defense attorney.

A charge of driving while license suspended, third degree, against Andrew J. Jacaway, 21, of Chehalis, was dismissed at the request of the prosecuting attorney after it was found his driving status had been mis-classified by the Department of Licensing.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Joshua B. Boushey, 26, of Goldendale, after failing to appear for a show cause hearing related to his conviction for driving while license suspended, third degree.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Tyler L. Demyan, 34, of Longview, after failing to appear for arraignment. He is being charged with malicious mischief, third degree.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of James V. Waddington II, 48, of Silver Lake, after failing to appear for arraignment. He is being charged with driving while license suspended, third degree.
