One sentence and three warrants were issued by Interim Judge Jim Buzzard during municipal court in Winlock Thursday.

He was also fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended. Buzzard noted the sentence took into account Martin’s “horrible” driving record but also his attempts to re-license prior to sentencing.
