Two sentences, one dismissal and four warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court Thursday.

James S. Clark, 57, of Chehalis, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked, second degree, and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended. He was also fined $1,000 with $500 suspended.

Nicolas E. Dodrill, 24, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $600 with $400 suspended.

A charge of driving while license suspended, third degree, against Loring C. Thomas, 50, of Centralia, was dropped at the request of the prosecuting attorney.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Wendy G. Bostwick, 40, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a stipulated bench trial. Bostwick is charged with allowing an unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Patricia A. Heckman, 58, of Bellingham, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing. Heckman is charged with theft, third degree.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Kayla M. Horsley, 24, of Puyallup, after failing to appear for a show cause hearing. Horsley had been convicted of minor in possession of alcohol.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Alan R. Moody, 50, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment. Moody is charged with criminal trespass, first degree.
