Six sentences, one dismissal and three warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Juan M. Becerra, 50, of Ryderwood, pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended and four days credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Brenda N. Basham, 31, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to making a false statement to a public servant and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended. She was also fined $1,200 with $600 suspended.

Ronald W. Carpenter, 52, of Vader, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended and one day credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Wesley E. Cusson, 34, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to DUI and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 229 days suspended and 90 days to be served through electronic home monitoring. He was also fined $5,000 with $3,380 suspended.

Dennis J. Fant, 19, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended and 10 days credited for time served. He was also fined $1,000 with $500 suspended.

Andrew K. Wheeler, 31, of Longview, pleaded guilty to violating a no-contact order and second-degree criminal trespass and was sentenced to 454 days in jail with 420 days suspended and 34 days credited for time served. He was also fined $1,200 with $600 suspended.

A charge of fourth-degree assault against Gerald B. Stroud, 54, of Winlock, was dismissed after he completed the terms of a diversion agreement.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Ronnal J. Ault, 25, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment on a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Anthony J Lazarides, 29, of McMinville, Ore., after failing to appear for arraignment on a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Three $1,500 warrants were issued for the arrest of Neil S. Underhill, 44, of Chehalis after failing to appear for arraignment on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree malicious mischief and stalking.
