I will provide a complimentary two-hour session of applying Temporary Airbrush Tattoos to those graduates attending parties that are adult supervised and where drugs and alcohol are not allowed.

I can only offer this to the students from Raymond, South Bend, and Willapa Valley High schools. Since there might be a number of requests from each high school, all during a similar time period, I will choose the party(s) to attend that will have the greatest number of graduates attending.

I have been a commercial vendor at Woodfest, the Pacific County Fair, and South Bend’s Labor Day festival. All the products used are cosmetic grade and FDA approved. My company is licensed, insured, and all people in the company have passed background checks with the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office and Pacific County 4-H.

For a safer graduation party please contact:

Jim Fulton,
