On the night of January 20, the Toledo Indians took to the court against the Napavine Tigers.
"This game was our best overall team effort of the season. Joe Wallace had his best overall game netting 18 points, and 12 rebounds (his career best). At the same time he held Napavine's best scorer to only 10 points." Said Coach Grady Fallon. For the Indians, more great plays came from Junior Arroyo, Fano Arceo-Hansen, and Jared Pohll.
The Indians pulled off a victory of 52 to 41. "I'm proud of my guys for working hard to get themselves in the top half of the league half way through the season.
They know they still have room for improvement. I feel like they are coming together as a team where everyone is chipping in and finding their roles and contributing positively in different ways." Coach Grady Fallon stated about the Boy's game.
Toledo will face Onalaska on Wednesday, January 27th at Onalaska High School.
