The Toledo boys Cross Country team was impressive in their first meet at Onalaska on Tuesday, but their performance in the Three Course Challenge at Seaside placed them in elite company.
In the complicated scoring, the first two runners in each of three races are part of the scoring formula in the team race. Toledo finished 2nd in the 1A/2B Schools classification.
Forrest Wallace was 39th and Ashton Fraser was 49th-place in the "hard race" with a total of 427 runners. Jared Pohll was 69th while Hunter Grove finished 120th in the "easy" race of 420 runners. In the moderate race, Wesley Kuzminsky finished 63rd while Alex Bacon placed 116th among the 422 runners.
