Four sentences, one dismissal and two warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Theresa L. Ashby, 48, of Longview, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. She was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Elaine J. Buss, 38, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. She was also fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and was given the option to pay through community service.

Marina Miranda, 21, of Winlock, was found guilty of assault, fourth degree, and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended and two days credited for time served. She was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Joshua A. Varner, 22, of Winlock, had pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $400 with $200 suspended.

A charge of driving while license suspended, third degree, against Leonard P. Hoffman, 49, of Winlock, was dismissed after Hoffman complied with the terms of a diversion agreement.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Curtis L Pappan Jr., 41, of Moclips, after failing to appear for arraignment. Pappan is being charged with theft, third degree.

A $2,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Sabrina M. Smith, 19, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment. Smith is being charged with assault, fourth degree, and interfering with domestic violence reporting.
