Two sentences, two dismissals and three warrants were issued by Judge Pro Tem James Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Patricia A. Heckman, 59, of Winlock, was found guilty of third-degree theft after failing to comply with the terms of a diversion agreement and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended and five days credited for time served. She was also fined $500 with $250 suspended.

Kurt S. Vango, 50, of Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to zero days in jail and fined $150.

A charge of disorderly conduct against Erica A. Montes, 22, of Chehalis, was dismissed at the request of the prosecuting attorney.

Charges of fourth-degree assault and interfering with domestic violence reporting were dropped against Sabrina M. Smith, 20, of Winlock, after she completed the terms of a diversion agreement.

A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Charles G. Holmes, 49, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing. Holmes is facing a charge of driving while license suspended, third degree.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Candice M. Stidd, 22, of Chehalis, after failing to appear for arraignment. Stidd is facing a charge of driving while license suspended, third degree.

A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Kayla N. Windle, 26, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing. Windle is facing a charge of driving while license suspended, third degree.
