Three sentences and one warrant were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court April 18.

Zoedy T. Askin, 23, of Toledo, was pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Steven A. Maggard, 42, of Toledo, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended and one day credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

James C. Miller, 21, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended. He was also fined $600 with $300 suspended.

Alan R. Moody, 50, a transient formerly of Winlock, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, first degree, and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 days suspended and eight days credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended and the possibility of community service if he qualifies.

A $5,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Natasha N Sweeney, 21, of Winlock, after failing to appear for sentencing. Sweeney has been found guilty of DUI.
