Get ready for Yoga at the DSHS Building in South Bend with Certified Instructor Tina Jaffee.
It takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with Chair Yoga and from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. there’s Beginner yoga+.
On Tuesday, from 10 to 11 a.m. enjoy Restorative Yoga.
Yoga is good for back pain, diabetes, asthma, depression, fibromyalgia, insomnia, and even menopause; please call first.
No one is too old or young, stiff or limber, heavy or thing to practice Yoga. Yoga equals wellness for the entire body and mind; recharge your batteries on the physical and mental levels. Instructions guide you gently according to your own body’s capabilities.
Wear comfortable clothing – elastic at the waist. Equipment will be provided and it’s all by donation.
